Walking in a winter wonderland

Yes it is April but this is what I woke up to today.

You may ask, who cares? When we were driving to the hospital yesterday, I looked at the remaining snow from the last blizzard, and thought, "Is this the last time I see snow?" Anyone who knows me can tell you I love snow and winter and live for it.

I watched it out the window last night, smiling, thinking I found out my cancer has not spread and I WILL see snow again. Then a deer came into our yard and I sat and watched this beautiful animal for over a half an hour.

It was a good night and it's been a great day.

AND I have my first appointment to pick out my wig. ;o)
