Black & Blue

Back from chemo, made me SO TIRED while I was still at the hospital, dozing off, felt dopey, but it passed. The actual chemo is red like Hawaiian Punch and you pee pink for awhile, lol.

As I type, my husband is digging a grave FINALLY for our cat who passed away in December. I know you must horrified at that, but it's been too cold to bury her, ground frozen, and it's still 34 degrees at night here. But the ground now seems soft enough, so finally Ringo will have her funeral.

We bought a bear! OK, not a BEAR bear, but up here everyone has wood carved bears on their porches or decks. I'm CRAZY about bears, as you can see by the sidebar on the main page. We've been looking for the right one for a year, some of them just don't look like BEARS! More like cartoons. But I saw this guy after chemo and went crazy! He's gorgeous! He really looks like a bear and is holding a sign that says 'welcome' on one side and 'go away' on the other, lol. I'll take a picture.
==============================
I left that Yahoogroup for BC. I just couldn't stand another minute of it. A handful of them pontificate about what's good, bad, not allowed. This group is based on SUPPORT, I get more support from my CAT. ALL they did was pick on me, and others. THAT kind of support, I don't need.
==============================
So here I go again, awaiting the side effects again, which I was told get worse every time. Oh joy.

One thing, though. I noticed at the hospital today I was the youngest person there, which kinda depressed me.

Hi Keri - You might want to try the breastcancer.org discussion board - lots of support and open-minded people!
